He is survived by: his wife Patsy Johnson McDade; his daughter Audrey Simmons; his grandchildren, Ansley, Amariah and Asa Simmons; his siblings, Linda McDade, Shirley Dawson, Fredrick McDade (Marcella) and Johnny McDade; his siblings-in-law, Mattie McDade, Kathryn McDade, Kay Moody (Parker), Gerry Johnson (Judy) and Clinton Hampton (Pamela); his nieces, Whitney Hampton and Aiyana Hampton; and his son Antoine Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and caring Friends.
