He is survived by: his children, Alisha Ellis (Zach), Breanna Dockery, Christopher, Donovan and Trevor; his sisters, Sharon Spurgeon (Bill) and Melody Starks (Michael); his stepfather John Swindell; his grandsons, Silas, Emmett and Luther; his niece Keri Spurgeon; his nephews, Sam and Gabe Starks; his great-nephews, Gavyn Davis and Harper Ellis; his great-niece Rubi Jean Cross; his cousins, Tim Dockery, Lori Ellis and Eddie Coleman; Jeff and Sara Davis.
