He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Martin Weaver; his father Luther Junior Weaver of Dalton, Georgia; his siblings, Shawn Weaver (Rita) of Atlanta, Georgia, Renee Smith (Jerry Wade) of Tupelo and Pamela Sonya Neal of Dalton, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, Danny of Dalton, Georgia, Elouise Weaver of Dalton, Georgia, Harvey of Dalton, Georgia and Eileen Weaver of Dalton, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Zane and Laura Meeks of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Karen, Chris Edwards of Dalton, Ann, John Leatherwood of Sun Prairie and Richard Martin of Ringgold, Georgia.. He is also survived by several other relatives and many dear friends.
