He is survived by: his wife Tullah C. Smith; his grandsons, Jason D. Smith and Clifford L. Smith; his brother Roy Smith; his nieces, Kaye Parker (Wendell), Anita Pritchard (Jeff) and Sandee Witherow; and his friends, Robert Williams, Stephanie Zilbert, Preston Bivens and Stanley Mark.
