Adams; her son Matt; her daughter-in-law Angie Adams of Cleveland, GA; her daughter Heather; her son-in-law Ryan Neilan of Buford, GA; her siblings, Susie (Mo Aslam), Carol (Larry Condon), Felicia Rhan of Cleveland, TN, Willy Rhan of Cleveland, TN and William (Lisa Rhan); her siblings-in-law, Becky Goss, Tommy, Janet Adams, Cynthia and Benny Ivey; her grandchildren, Jacob Adams, Josh Adams, Jax Adams and Reed Neilan; her niece Mackensie Rhan; and her close friends, Ann and Leon Pate. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
