She is survived by: her caregiver Doris; her husband Harlan Lee Chapman; her children, Kent Lee Chapman (Julie), Kay Chapman Humble (Charley) and Kimberly Chapman Painter (Chad); her grandchildren, Fields Chapman, Mary Helen Humble, Chapman Painter, Andrew Humble, Jack Harlan Humble and Landon Painter; her nephew Kenny Reynolds; and her nieces, Kathie Estey and Mary Ellen Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made First Baptist Church of Dalton.
