She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Green (Christal), Brandon Green (Ashley) and Leland Mitchell (Rachel); her son-in-law Ginney Cochran (Eddy); and her siblings, Jim Smith, Ray Smith (Mary), Hoyt Smith (Linda), George Smith (Debbie), John Smith (Marsha), Dale Smith (Vickie), Wade Smith, Mary Edwards (Paul), Janie Keith, Jessie Lewis, Sharon Wilson (James) and Pam Kelley (Benny). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and several other nieces and nephews.
