She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Millard and Katherine Pauline Durham Staten; her husband Archie Winkler; her daughter Anneita King; her daughter-in-law Mazella King; and her siblings, Richard "Jack" Staten of Bud Staten, J. M., Rueben Staten, Gordon Staten, Frank Staten, Bobby Staten, Margaret Hammontree, Edith Staten and Katherine Davis.
She is survived by: her children, William "Billy" King of Rockwood, TN, Archie Winkler (Stephenie) of Chatsworth, GA, Vickki Akins (Darrell) of Calhoun, GA, Archelle Bailey (Charles "Chuck") of Crandall, GA and Pamela Fostene Seal (Stan) of Dalton, GA; and her brother Wiley Staten. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
