It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Rose Davis of Dalton, Georgia, born in Cohutta, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert McAteer and Rose Whitten McAteer; her husband Bill Davis; and her great grandchild Jackson Bruce. She is survived by : her daughters, Melissa (Gene Redwine), Anitra (Bo Carnes) and Jill Davis of Dalton, GA; her grandchildren, Tony, Nikki Redwine of Resaca, GA, Drew, Andrea Holland of Calhoun, GA, Haley Blake of Acworth, GA and Hunter Bruce of Dalton, GA; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Kyndall, Scarlett, Colton, Case, Camden and Oakley.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ponders Funeral Home - Dalton (138 Melrose Dr, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
