He is survived by: his father Henry Lenard Simmons (Daisy); his girlfriend Stephanie Malvueaux; his children, Kanesha Cunningham, Alicia Adair, Sierra Cunningham, Rachel Mendez, Victor Mendez and Joshua Lofties; his grandchildren, Kensli Cunningham, Acis Cunningham, Micah Adair, Leonardo Rosales, Anthony Rosales and Alex Rosales; his siblings, Lisa Loper, Zanetta Ervin (Ralph), Alicia Simmons Ferrell, Brittany Simmons, Albert "Huggie" Loper, III (Laquisha Bradford), Willie Simmons (Keisha), Henry Simmons, Jr. and Bruno Simmons (Andrea); his aunts, Doretha Henderson, Gwendolyn Parks (Lorenzo), Doris Porter (Tommy) and Rosharon Cunningham; and his uncle Roosevelt "Ba Ba" Cunningham (Leslie Spencer). He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
