He was predeceased by : his parents, Timothy O'Mahony and Annie O'Mahony; his daughter Rebecca Joan O'Mahony; and his siblings, James O'Mahony, Timothy O'Mahony and Charlie O'Mahony.

He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Ann Walthour O'Mahony; his children, Kathleen Meadows (Jim), Maureen Rogers (Ross) and Sean O'Mahony; his grandchildren, Matthew Meadows (Brittany), Clint Meadows (Julia), Allison Rogers and Michelle Rogers; his great grandchildren, Colton Meadows, Lexi Meadows and Willa Meadows; his sister Margaret Higgins; and his sisters-in-law, Ann O'Mahony and Faye Nunez (Melvin).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Love Funeral Home (1402 N Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (968 Haig Mill Rd, Dalton, GA 30720).
