Glenda Sue Locke Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Sue Locke of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Glenda Sue may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Glenda Sue touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parent Glenn; and her sister Shirley Joyce Sawyers. She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Celina Locke; her daughter Dana Locke; her granddaughter Mollie Lively (Parker Lively); her great grandchild Bennett Lively; her niece Christian Shiver; and her nephew Kevin Sawyers. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701).
