He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Smith; his daughters, Glenda Dean and Holly Smith; his stepdaughters, Angie Teasley and Denise Langford; his grandchildren, Michael, Tanner and Casey; his great grandchildren, Abri and Laya; and his siblings, Mike (Darlene), Kenneth, Flora, Kaye Emily, Martha and Mary.
