He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lawrence and Ester Lawrence; and his son Robert Joseph Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Pat Lawrence; his brother-in-law David (Tressia Arnold); his nephew Wesley (Laura Arnold); his niece Sharon Kirley (Ron Kirby); and his cousins, Evelyn Lawrence and Kathy Bruce.
