He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Hamilton and June Warmack Hamilton; his wife Vada Lamb Hamilton; his sons, Frank Hamilton, Leighton Hamilton and Allen Hamilton; and his siblings, Will Moore Hamilton, Francis Mathis and Mary Caroline Hamilton.
He is survived by: his sister Gertrude Burns; his nephews, Hugh Hamilton (Elizabeth), Billy Hamilton (Brenda), Hugh Burns (Carol) and Brad Burns (Vickie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tracie Nesbitt, William Hamilton (Jennifer), Brandon Phillips (Jessica) and Christen Nations (Lucas); Carly Nesbitt, Katherine Nesbitt, Max Nesbitt, Trevor Nations, Carson Hamilton, Carson Phillips and Chandler Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Church (510 S Tibbs Rd, Dalton, GA 30720). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
