He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Emmett Duggan; his parents, Ted Duggan and Edna Duggan; his brother Don Duggan; and his children, Lisha Duggan Wright, Madre Duggan Singley, Mike Duggan and Keith Duggan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mona Duggan Trotter of Chattanooga and Betty Duggan of Chattanooga; his daughters, Delinda Duggan of Knoxville and Debra Duggan Montes; his daughter-in-law Lucy Duggan of Chattanooga; his grandchildren, Phillip Duggan of Chattanooga, Mary Arden Roberts (Alex) and Henderson Wright (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Roberts, Caroline Roberts, Alex Roberts Jr., Bennett Wright and Clara Wright.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Wednesday Meals for Friends ministry.
