It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Augustus Redfearn Jr. (Dalton, Georgia), born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Chapman; his sisters, Sarah Wetherbee and Mary Kaliher; and his son Paul Redfearn. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Verlezza (Tony) and Leigh Veasey (Jack); his daughter-in-law Sharon Redfearn; his granddaughter Lori Piltz (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Eleanor.
