She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Boyles and Francis Loudine Boyles; her siblings, John Boyles, Henry Boyles, Virginia Mashburn, Nancy Beach and Carol Hunter; and her grandson Kenneth Hawkins.
She is survived by: her sons, John H. Hawkins (Sherry), Jeff L. Hawkins (Gina) and Samuel McNabb; and her granddaughter Cynthia Allgood (Josh). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
