It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Shreve Kuster of Dalton, Georgia, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shreve and Anna Shreve; her siblings, Nancy, Betty, Kitty and James; her husband Herman Kuster; and her daughter-in-law Holly Kuster.
She is survived by: her children, John McCarthy (Trish), Lynn Kuster, Darla Munn (Gary) and Kristin Moran (Michael). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family would humbly appreciate that memorial gifts be given to Dalton First United Methodist Church, or to the Acts 1:8 ministry, of which Joanne was a devoted supporter.*.
