He is survived by: his children, John Burns (Jill), Ben Burns (Tonya) and Mary Ogle (Michael); his siblings, James J. W. Burns (Yvonne), Pauline Kendrick (Earl) and Angela Burns; his grandchildren, Jonathon Burns (Tiffany), Christopher Burns (Stephanie), Keirsten Nigh, Nicholas Burns (Madison), Kailey Clark (Trey), Jordan Stephens (Jacob) and Jacy Burns (Ian); and his great grandchildren, Brayden Burns, Paisley Nelson, Judson Burns, Levy Kay Burns, Hensley Bradley, Dawson Vaughn, Caroline Burns, Tate Weaver, Hayson Vaughn and Jackson Stephens.
