He is survived by: his wife Susan Tallent Garner of Dalton; his daughter Tammy Ann Garner; his siblings, Michael Garner of Dalton and Marie; his brother-in-law James Henry of Ringgold; his grandchildren, Dylan Rich and Zackery Striker; and his cousin Candy Kerr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
