He was predeceased by: his father Michael Joe Brooks; his grandfather Marvin "Joe" Brooks; his stepfather Rickey Davidson; and his aunt Christi Monteleone. He is survived by: his mother Sue Monteleone; his wife Jennifer Brooks of Dalton, GA; his daughters, Emma Jean Brooks of Dalton, Madison Brooks of Rogersville, TN and Hannah Brooks of Rogersville, TN; his grandmothers, Wilma Brooks of Kingsport, TN and Elleen Davidson of Naples, FL; and his siblings, Joseph Brooks of Rogersville, TN and Melissa Monteleone of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Johnny be made to Thomas Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
