He is survived by: his fiancé Kicia Silvey; his children, Greyson Vanover, Paisley Blackwell, Marilee Blackwell and Ryleigh Goswick; his parents, Tony Blackwell and Teresa Hammontree; his stepfather Jackie Hammontree; his siblings, Mia Hammontree, Kayla (Jeremiah Shell) and Zack; his sister-in-law Kenzie Blackwell; and his cousins, Ryan Sewell and Stephanie Cox. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
