He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Osborne. He is survived by: his father Ricky Payne; his stepmother Carol Payne; his grandmother Mary Patterson; his children, Vaidyn Payne, Aisley Payne and Tinzlee Payne; his siblings, Ashley Maynard and Timothy Morrow; his uncles, Bobby (Missy Payne), David (Jana Osborne), Randall (Sherrie Sutton) and John Osborne; and his cousins, Bret, Blake, Carrie, Jacob, Nicole and Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Colonial Hills Memorial Park (3005 Rauschenberg Rd NW, Dalton, GA 30721).
