She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy H. Stephens and Opal Faye McCormick Stephens; and her siblings, C. W. Stephens (Pat), Herman "Sonny" Stephens, Arthell Carroll, Wanda Rhinehart (Ron) and Sue Cloud.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald McClain; her children, Ronald "Keith" McClain and Mandy Kay McClain; her siblings, David, Timothy, William Stephens, Gail Goins, Jessie Mae Whitley (Oron) and Elizabeth Heaton; her granddaughters, Hannah and Ashlyn; her great grandchild Hadley; her nieces and nephews, Paula, Charlene, Kristy, Deana, Amy, Tammy, Roger, Lorrie and Jackie; and her close friend Lisa Conner (Second). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
