She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dotson; and her parents, Halen Maney and Mabel Maney. She is survived by: her children, Denise (Michael Moore), Joyce Nicholson of Calhoun, GA, Crystal (Kenny Brock), Emily Holcombe of Dalton, GA, Alex Dotson and Michael Dotson of Dalton, GA; her siblings, Shirley Burch, Nancy Welker, Steve Maney, Daryl Maney and Bruce (Linda Maney); and her grandchildren, Jacob Nicholson, Evan Moore, Emma Moore, Matthew Nicholson, Jesse Nicholson, Aaron Moore, Ace Dotson, Cedric Johnson, Preston Johnson, Fay Brock and Kallen Brock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2801 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
