She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Doyle Barton and Clara "Bell" Barton; her husband Dewey Young; her daughter Renay Young; and her siblings, Bill Barton, Mary Burger, Frances Bearden, Jewell Forden Berry, Martha Alderman and Jean Burger. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several other nieces and nephews.
