He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wilburn Cooley and Mary Talley Cooley Maynor; and his brother Chris Maynor. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Cooley (Sherri), Dana Keith (Mitch) and Kristy Walker (Kevin); his grandchildren, Rachel Thomas (Hunter), Jim Keith (Haley), Glen Keith (Cassie), Cai Walker and Ahnyka Walker; his great grandchildren, Asher Thomas, John David Thomas, Elisabeth Thomas and Eden Keith; and his sisters, Pat Blankenship (Bruce) and Gayle Rutledge (Walter). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
