He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Lamar Gazaway. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Gazaway; his mother Joyce "Stanton" Gazaway; his sons, Anthony Gazaway (Ashley Chancey), Michael and Roxy Gazaway; his siblings, Calvin "Wayne" Gazaway, Randy Gazaway, Gary Gazaway, Janet (Mike Byrne) and Trena (Joey Martel); and his grandchildren, Emmalie, Zachary, Remington, Hunter, Colten, Baylor and Berklee.
