It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Stella Garner of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Overby and Beatrice Overby; her children, Bobby Garner, Rebecca Hayes and Tina Garner; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Contreras, Natasha Maximo, Kendra Negrete-Hayes, Brandon Garner and Chelsea Garner.
