He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Olin McIntosh, Sr. and Martha Deriso McIntosh; and his brother John Edward McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Marion Griffin McIntosh; his daughter Christi; his son-in-law Jay Crocker of Houston, Texas; his son John; his daughter-in-law Amy McIntosh of Carrollton, Alabama; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Helen McIntosh of Dalton; his grandchildren, Jake McIntosh (Carley), Mallory McIntosh, Ashley Hiltabrand (Ryan) and Carley Parra (Eduardo); his great grandchildren, Shelby, Taylor Hiltabrand, Griffin, Harper Parra, Mia, Keller McIntosh and Claire Parra; and his nephews, Bryan, Lynn McIntosh, Blythe, Art Daniel (Sarah McIntosh), Maris Daniel, Calyn Daniel and William Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations made in Mac's honor be made to RockBridge Community Church.
