She was predeceased by: her husband Zeak E. Stinson; her parents, George Swinney and Lucredia Swinney (Warren); and her siblings, Maudell Porter, Willard, Haden and Jerry Swinney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris McCurdy (Roger) and Brenda Chastain (Wayne); her grandchildren, Wendi Miller (Mark), Emily Chastain and Jason McCurdy (Julie); her great grandchildren, Hannah Miller, Madi Bourff, Tatum Bourff and Derick Miller (Victoria); her sisters, Bea Wilkins and Shelby Groves; and her sister-in-law Brenda Swinney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home (1402 N Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
