She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Richey and Mary Margaret Wilson Richey; her husband Jack Bandy; her sister Mary Jac Richey; and her grandson Toby Wickman.
She is survived by: her children, Matt Sherrill (Nicole), Jessi Sherrill Wickman (Greg) and Leightta Sherrill (Isaiah); the father of her children Dr. Reggie Sherrill (Kim); her stepchildren, B. J. Bandy III, Tana Harlan and Murray Bandy (Rosemary); her close friends, David, Jolie Hastey and Jayne Todd (Jim); and also, Colton (Sophie) and Brody Sherrill. She is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home (1402 N Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grove Level Baptist Church (2802 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721).
