He is survived by: his wife Carol Hall; his daughters, Amy Williams, Ashley (Keith Parham), Angie (Scott McGhee) and Melissa Avery; his brother Randy Hall; and his grandchildren, George, Olivia, Brock, Blake, Ellie, Ephraim and Gracie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
