He was predeceased by: his pet Mary Jane; his parents, Lawrence Black and Virginia Moran Black; and his brother Timothy Black. He is survived by: his children, Savannah Hammock, Emily Black (Tyler Horn) and Lawrence Black; his grandchildren, Madison Hammock, Hayden Hammock, Adaline Holtzclaw, Evan Black, Zane Black and Emmy Black; his close friend Emma Denise Black; and his siblings, Daniel Black (Linda), Thomas Black (Gail), Suzzane Cantrell (Ron) and Nannette Mann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
