He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clayton and Ethel Irene Williams; and his siblings, Jerry Earl Williams, Buddy Williams, Lou Allen, Helen Richy, Margart Amos, Gatha Kilpatrick, Gail Gaddis and Susie Maglaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Williams; his sons, Paul Eugene "Buddy" Williams II and Earl Lee Williams of Dalton, GA; and his grandchildren, Andrew Lee Williams and Emilee Marie Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ponders Melrose Chapel (138 Melrose Dr, Dalton, GA 30721).
