The memory of Rhonda Phyllis Smith of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wyrick and Louise Roberts Wyrick; her husband Bradley Smith (Brad); and her siblings, Lana Walls, James Wyrick and Alvin Wyrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Caroline "Carrie" Smith; her stepsons, Bradley Smith Jr. and Kevin Smith; her granddaughter Olivia Smith; her sisters, Carolyn Smith of Dalton, GA and Rita Wessel of Loudon, TN.; and her sister-in-law Janice Hammitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to Dalton Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
