It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Anthony Garrett of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on March 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garrett and Georgia Garrett of Cohutta; and his brother James Garrett, Jr.. He is survived by: his pet Angus; his siblings, Elizabeth Slaughter, Rick Garrett (Phyllis) and Randall Garrett (Lucia); and his aunt Irene Chapman (Claude). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to NW Ga Humane Society.
