He is survived by: his wife Leah Scott Evans; his children, Jared Evans, Joey David Evans and Ellie Anne Evans; his siblings, John "Eddie" Evans Corey (Shanon), Angie Williams (Curtis) and Stephanie Loyd (Walter); his parents-in-law, Millie and David Scott; and his sister-in-law Angie Myles Heckaman. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and nephews.
