He is survived by: his children, Amy Cardin (Chad), Chris Lewis (Misty) and Tim Lewis (Jenny); his brother John Lewis (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Will, Charlie, Elizabeth and Savannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
