He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie Rankin (Roland), Amy Rankin, Jr. (Krystal), Brian Beck (Laura Mae Rankin), Daniel White (Jean), David Leatherwood (Ben), Traci Rankin (Tiffany), Jessie Vick (Erica), Dustin Campbell (Bobby) and Carla Maton (Barry Rankin); his siblings, Ronald Rankin, Glenda Smalls and Debbie Rankin; his grandchildren, Garion Rolandson, Emma Beck, Breyton Beck, Seth Maton, Ryan Maton, Luke Maton, Chloe Kelley, Lillian Flis, Zoey Flis, Sean White, Maci Rankin, Jamal Al'Shouli, Jacob Al'Shouli, Sarah Al'Shouli, Madalynn Catlett, Alyson Catlett, Caylee Gober and Paislee Gober; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Zeigler, Kamzie Zeigler, Kynzlee Zeigler, Kason Rodriguez, Zaxtynn Byers and Legacii Al'Shouli. He is also survived by foster children, caring for more than 245 children, several nieces and nephews.
