He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parker and Bea Parker; and his brother Bruce E. Parker. He is survived by: his wife Judy H. Parker; his daughters, Crystal Garland and Rhonda Thomas (Matt Cline); his grandchildren, Samantha Smith (Jordan), Stephanie Thomas (Shawn), Dylan Garland, Kimberly Lang (River), Katie Thomas and Austin Garland; his great grandchildren, Taylynn, Maverick, Grayson, Alexis and Elizabeth; his sister-in-law Janice Parker; his niece Kari Plavich (Michael); his nephew Matthew Parker (Esther); and his friends, Walt Parsons and Donnie Dunn.
