She is survived by: her husband Clay Swaim; her children, Justin Henry, Megan Henry, Leah O'Bryant (Josh), Kaitlyn Swaim (Cory Bianuni) and Eliot Swaim; her grandchildren, Arleigh Phillips, Ethan Swaim, Caden Swaim, Chelsea O'Bryant, Hayden Swaim and Scarlett Bianuni; her brother Anthony Henry (Wendy Sapp); her sister-in-law Rebecca Swaim; and her sibling's children, Victoria Henry and Nicholas Henry. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
