He is survived by: his wife Rhonda King Bailey; his siblings, Martin Thomas Bailey (Peggy) and Ann Bailey Mitchell; his children, Ashley Bailey Brown (Billy), Katherine Bailey Hill (Bart) and Jason Daniel Bailey; his grandchildren, Gracie Hill Brumlow (Will), Amelia Claire Hill, Henry Bailey Hill and William Allen Brown; and the mothers of children, Ashley and Katherine.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2801 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
