With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Wells of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ivy Oneita "Askew" Wells; his parents, Thomas Henry and Cornelia "Cash" Wells; his daughter Dorothy Singleton; and his siblings, Wesley Wells, Sam Wells, Lewis Wells, Mae Woodard, Willie Lancaster, Della Tutt and Adeline Faulknor.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Loyd Singleton; and his grandchildren, TaLena Smith, ReNa Carver, Shanda, Jesse Bryson, Kevin, Amy Hall, Herbie, LaShanda Singleton, Paul, Lulu Singleton, Chanler and Heather Singleton. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and special friends.
