She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn B. Caldwell and Helen Ruth Maddox Caldwell; her sister Jean Caldwell; her son-in-law Michael Smitherman; and her family, Georgia, Durad Martin, Blake Walkey, James Byers, Dustin Byers, Shaun Tucker and Jeremy McMillian.
She is survived by: her husband James "J. R." Rolen; her children, Jeremy Maddox of Dalton, GA, Lisa (James Byers), Sandra (Keith Turner) and Tammy Lee Smitherman of Dalton, GA; her grandchildren, Dustin Byers, Patrick Hall, Aaron Seal, Nicole Turner, Kolbee Walkey, Micah Walkey and Blake Walkey; and her great grandchildren, Emerson Miller, Colton Smith, Greyson Smith, Ruby Turner and Peyton Turner.
