She is survived by: her son Craig Wayne Poteet; her grandsons, Adam Connor Poteet and Jonathan Cole Poteet; and her sister Eva Mae Cortes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home (1402 N Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Dalton First Baptist Church (311 N Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720).
