He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Johnson and Teresa Crane; and his sister Carolyn Apostol. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Marie Johnson; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Steven Mahaffey of Ringgold, GA; his brother Ty; his sister-in-law Linda Johnson of East Ridge, TN; his sister Kristy; his brother-in-law Bill Thomas of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Eleanor Mahaffey and Pierce Mahaffey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
