He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McLellan Manly and William Judson Manly, Sr.; his spouse Nann Eldridge Manly; his siblings, Jim Manly and Mary Manly Ryman; and his daughters, Lisa and Diane.
He is survived by: his brother Bob Manly (Gwen); his sister-in-law Ina Faye Manly; his sibling's children, Julie Manly Chapman and Mike Manly (Angie); his grandchildren, Kathleen Kimpton (Eric), Maegen Osborne (Patrick), Maggie Cantrell (Cameron), Mark Manly and Abby Kirk (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Lane Cantrell, Jack Kimpton, Callie Cantrell, Annie Cantrell and Declan Kimpton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the River Community Church (2410 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
