She was predeceased by: her husband Thurman B. Elliott, Jr.; and her parents, George Tugg and Rosa Belle Whaley. She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Colleen Elliott) and Tim (Melissa Elliott); and her sister Kathryn Stafford of Dalton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
